3. Legal basis for processing
- Contact and enquiry forms: legitimate interest in responding to your request, and steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (e.g. arranging a viewing).
- Newsletter: your consent, given when you submit the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Reviews: your consent, given when you submit a review.
- Analytics cookies: your consent, given via the cookie banner. Essential cookies (e.g. remembering your cookie choice) are processed under legitimate interest, as they don't track you and the site cannot function without them.
4. Third parties we use
We share limited data with the following processors, each bound by their own data protection terms:
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure for this website.
- Prisma Postgres — database hosting (EU region) for listings, leads, and reviews.
- Resend — sends the email notification we receive when you submit a contact form.
- Google Analytics — only loaded after you accept analytics cookies; IP addresses are anonymized.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. How long we keep your data
- Contact form / lead submissions: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Reviews: kept as long as the review remains published; rejected/unpublished reviews are deleted periodically.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing done before withdrawal)
- Lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH)
